Renters Insurance

Per our lease tenants are required to have renters insurance.

The tenant is responsible to provide their own insurance for liability & personal property coverage commonly know as “Renter’s Insurance”. Owner’s liability policy will not cover tenant’s belongings in the event of theft, fire, flood or other circumstances the owner cannot control. Renter’s Insurance is advised to cover damages of tenant’s household goods and temporary living expenses during reconstruction in the event of a fire or condition that may make the unit unlivable. Renters insurance also provides protection against liability the tenant might have if someone gets hurt are a result of the tenants action on the property.

Frequently renters are able to get a discount on their renters insurance when combined with their existing car insurance. We always recomend checking with your existing insurance provider first.
