Getting Started
- Select a Property
- Get a current list of our rentals from our staff
- If the property is already vacant you can check out a key to see the inside ($30 cash key deposit required)
- Fill out an Application
- We collect $30 per applicant for screening charges. this is non refundable.
- We collect $100 as a good faith deposit. You get this back if your denied
the rental.
- Qualify
- Sign lease and disclosures.
- Leases are all for one year.
- Submit security deposit and first months rent prior to receiving keys.
- We generally charge rent + $100 for a security deposit.
- Additional deposit may be required if your credit is questionable, or have a pet.
